General description
In ROBICON Perfect Harmony, a series of low-voltage batteries are linked together to build the medium-voltage power output of the drive system. Through this topological structure, the driver can be precisely adjusted within a wide range of voltage and output power. In addition, ROBICON Perfect Harmony has improved usability due to its modular design and the ability to bypass any battery during operation while maintaining the full output voltage.
In addition, the integrating transformer with phase-shifted secondary can provide 18 pulse or better input harmonic cancellation under any working conditions, and the power factor is higher than 0.95. This eliminates the need for input harmonic filters or power factor compensation, and completely avoids applying any common mode voltage to the motor.
The quality of the output voltage is so close to a perfect sine wave shape that almost any type of motor (old or new, low speed or high speed) can be operated without any additional stress. Problems related to the increase in dU/dt, overheating and torsional vibration are a thing of the past.

Designed to continue operation through component failure, thereby completely disabling traditional drives. The patented unit-based configuration maximizes usability and allows customers to determine the right time to perform maintenance, while the modular design reduces system repair time to minutes.
The battery bypass option can be controlled by a redundant bypass that is completely isolated from each battery to ensure that the failed battery is automatically bypassed in the usual 450 milliseconds or less (less than 1/2 second).
The optional process protection system (ProToPS®) combined with battery bypass supports the high reliability and availability of Robicon Perfect Harmony. ProToPS provides a hierarchical warning system instead of tripping the drive and automatically shutting down the system due to a fault. This control strategy allows time to evaluate the situation and respond appropriately to avoid system shutdown.
No common-mode motor insulation stress-Robicon Perfect Harmony includes an integrated isolation transformer.
Without any special design considerations, it can be compatible with new and existing 1.0 service factor induction motors or synchronous motors provided by any manufacturer.
Even at low speeds, there is no significant drive torque torque pulsation.
No need for expensive flexible couplings.
