Inhouse repair & refurbishment of Sinamics GH180 Perfect Harmony Cells The following points explain the individual steps of an in-house repair from delivery to dispatch Preparation and diagnosis • The customer has the opportunity the send the cells back for repair or refurbishment purposes. • The cells will be registered during the incoming good inspection before they come to the workshop. • A comprehensive diagnosis is carried out by using a official diagnosis protocol, starting with a visual inspection to define the degree of mechanical damage and pollution. • The semiconductors and resistors are checked according to the diagnosis protocol by using a measuring device. • The cell control board is checked in the cell test bench.
