西门子-罗宾康高压变频器操作及维护培训

一、 操作 

  1.上电前检查:  

 a) 检查变频器周围环境,包括粉尘、温度和湿度是否符合变频器运行条件,变频器环境温度要求在0-40℃范围内,最好能够控制在25℃左右,湿度不超过95%,且无凝结或水雾;  

 b) 变频器进出电缆是否紧固,检查高低压电缆是否有损伤;   c) 清理变频器柜内及周围灰尘。    

 2.送380V控制电检查:  

     a) 关闭所有高压柜门(包括功率单元柜门和变压器柜门); 

b) 合变频器控制电源开关“CDS1”(和CDS2);  

 c) 按UPS启动按钮,此时键盘左边的“POWER ON”指示灯亮,表示380V控制电源已送至变频器;  d) 上控制电后,确认变频器面板上是否有故障或报警,该故障或报警是否影响变频器正常运行,可否复位,如果不能复位,待问题解决后才能进行下一步操作;  

 e) 检查变频器冷却风机是否运行正常,变频器进风口滤网是否堵塞,如果滤网堵塞,需清洁滤网或更换备用滤网后方可进行下一步操作(用一张A4的纸,对折后,放在滤网上,看能否吸住)。   f) 大约60S后,键盘恢复主界面,控制系统启动完成。   

3.变频运行: 

 a) 合旁路柜上KM1和KM2,同时确认KM3处于断开位置; 

   b) 将变频器“Local/Remote”选择开关选择在“Remote”,注意变频器运行中禁止将开关放在“Local”。  

 c) 合变频器进线6000V高压,此时变频器高压柜内有高压电,键盘MODE下面显示OFF,表示变频器处于待机状态,此时严禁打开变频器高压柜门(包括功率单元柜门和变压器柜门)  d) 确认变频器是否有故障或报警,该故障或报警是否影响变频器正常运行,可否复位,如果不能复位,待问题解决后才能进行下一步操作; 

 e) 若以上步骤均检查无误,此时变频器处于待机状态,可从远方运行变频器。 

 f) 以上步骤完成后,电机处于变频运行状态。   

 4.停机步骤:  

 a) 从远方发出停机指令,变频器正常停机,若用“Emergency(急停)”按钮停变频器,变频器停机的同时将跳高压; 

b)若要进行以下操作,请先将变频器输入端高压开关断开; c)按UPS停止按钮(和启动按钮为同一按钮); 

d)停380V控制电,将“CDS1”(和CDS2)放在“开”位置; e) 6000V高压停电15分钟后方可打开高压柜门。   

5.工频运行: 

   断开KM1、KM2,在确认KM2断开的前提下,合KM3,此时电机处于工频运行状态

注意: 

1. 变频器禁止在30分钟内重复送高压; 

   2. 禁止将KM2和KM3同时合闸,否则将严重损坏设备,并有可能造

成人身伤害; 

3. 变频器带高压时禁止打开高压柜门; 

4.千万不要轻易更改变频器参数,如确定需要修改,请仔细查看用户手册,如有必要,可咨询罗宾康工程师。 5.上控制电后尽量不要打开高压柜门; 6.禁止对变频器输出端摇绝缘, 

   对电机摇绝缘时,请先断开变频器输出端与电机之间的电缆; 7.尽量不要经常的停送高压电,保持控制部分和风机正常运转;

二、 维护  

 维修时应注意: 

• 禁止带电操作; 

• 停电15分钟以上方可打开高压柜门(包括功率单元柜门和变压器柜门); 

• 在更换任何配件时,应严格作好记号,按原位置安装; • 对PCB板进行操作时,应按照要求作好防静电措施。 •  在做任何维护和检修工作之前,严格按照操作规程。 

•  确认无发热元件和不带电之前,千万不要触摸柜内任何部位。 •  不要以为关断输入开关后柜内就不存在电压了,电压仍然存在于输入开关的端子上。    

•  同样,其它地方也可能有电压存在。 

•  操作时保持单手操作,穿戴安全防护鞋,带防护眼镜,并有其他人在场。 

•  不要将接地(即非绝缘)的万用表或示波器接到完美无谐波系统。 •  不要带电连接或断开任何表计、电缆和印刷线路板。 

•  不要移去保护罩(标有高压符号)或试图测量保护罩下的电路。 •  在检修功率单元时,一定要将高压切断并将其下端可靠接地,然  后方可打开高压柜门,并检查所有单元的“charge”灯完全熄灭才能接触功率单元。 

•  不要使中压误送到变频器的输出端,这样会使变频器严重损坏。 •  不要用高压摇表测量变频器的输出绝缘,这可能会使功率单元中的开关器件受损。 

•  在柜内靠近或接触元器件时要消除静电(ESD)。印刷线路板上有许多元件对静电很敏感。接触或维护对静电敏感元件的工作只能由阅读并理解专门静电技术的专业人员完成。 

•  静电可通过戴静电手镯或触摸接地的金属片来消除。 •  在变频器工作时千万不要断开风机电源,这将引起变频器过热和或单元损坏。 

•  不要将易燃材料存放在变频器柜里面、上面或附近,包括设备图纸和用户手册。 

•  请仔细阅读用户手册有关安全的章节,以保证维修人员及设备的安全。

故障和报警说明

A.日常维护及巡视 :  

1.经常检查室内温度,通风情况,注意室内温度应高于0度,不要超过40度,尽量控制在25度左右。  2.室内保持清洁卫生。  

3.经常检查变频器是否有异常声响,异味,柜体是否发热。排风口是否有异味。  

4.经常用一张A4纸检查变压器柜、功率柜进风口风量(A4纸应能被过滤网牢牢吸住,如有问题及时排除(更换或清洗过滤网或检查风扇是否有问题)。  

5.建议变频器投入运行头一个月内,检查所有进出线电缆及功率单元之间连接电缆,若有松动现象,应将之紧固,以后每六个月定期检查紧固一遍(包括控制线)。并用吸尘器将柜内灰尘清除干净。注意:不能碰到内部的光纤 6.经常记录变频器运行情况(运行模式、电压、电流、速度、功率等),发生跳闸时,要记录下故障情况,查明原因后方可再次送电。  7.打开柜门后,要等功率单元上所有的灯都熄灭后才能开始工作,否则有触电危险。  

8.建议两次合分高压的时间间隔在30分钟以上,以减少对变压器的冲击。  

9.其他未尽事项,请以变频器使用手册第七章有关内容为准。   

B.定期维护(维护时候一定要确定KM1,KM2刀闸在断开位置) :  

1.清扫工作:清洁滤网、变压器柜,功率单元柜,控制柜,如发现 过滤网积有灰尘,将之取下,换上干净的滤网,一定要保持滤网绝 对干燥,否则会损害变频器,造成严重后果。  

紧固工作:进出/线电缆,功率单元进/出线,控制柜端子排。   在维护时候,不能碰到内部的任何电子线路板和光纤。  2.对电机摇绝缘的时候,一定要使变频器和电机脱开,变频器输出端绝对不允许加高压。  

3.变频器内的任何线路板不能用手直接接触,以防静电将线路板损坏。  

4.在变频器运行其间,绝对不能打开高压柜门,更不能在高压柜前工作,以防高压危险。

6.经常记录变频器运行情况(运行模式、电压、电流、速度、功率等),发生跳闸时,要记录下故障情况,查明原因后方可再次送电。  7.打开柜门后,要等功率单元上所有的灯都熄灭后才能开始工作,否则有触电危险。  

8.建议两次合分高压的时间间隔在30分钟以上,以减少对变压器的冲击。  

9.其他未尽事项,请以变频器使用手册第七章有关内容为准。

1. Operation

  1. Check before power on:

 a) Check whether the surrounding environment of the inverter, including dust, temperature and humidity, meet the operating conditions of the inverter. The ambient temperature of the inverter should be within the range of 0-40℃, preferably around 25℃, and the humidity should not exceed 95%, and No condensation or water mist;

 2. Send 380V control power check:

b) Combine the inverter control power switch "CDS1" (and CDS2);

 c) Press the UPS start button, and the "POWER ON" indicator on the left side of the keyboard is on, indicating that the 380V control power has been sent to the inverter; d) After powering on the control, confirm whether there is a fault or alarm on the inverter panel. The fault or Whether the alarm affects the normal operation of the inverter and whether it can be reset. If it cannot be reset, the next step can be performed after the problem is solved;

 e) Check whether the cooling fan of the inverter is operating normally and whether the filter at the air inlet of the inverter is clogged. If the filter is clogged, clean the filter or replace the spare filter before proceeding to the next operation (use a piece of A4 paper, fold it in half) , Put it on the filter to see if it can be absorbed). f) After about 60 seconds, the keyboard restores the main interface and the control system is started.

3. Frequency conversion operation:

 a) Close KM1 and KM2 on the bypass cabinet and confirm that KM3 is in the off position;

   b) Select the "Local/Remote" selector switch of the inverter to "Remote", and note that it is prohibited to place the switch on "Local" while the inverter is running.

 c) Close the inverter and enter the 6000V high voltage. At this time, there is high voltage in the inverter high voltage cabinet. The keyboard MODE displays OFF, indicating that the inverter is in standby state. At this time, it is strictly prohibited to open the inverter high voltage cabinet door (including the power unit cabinet door). (And transformer cabinet door) d) Confirm whether the inverter has a fault or alarm, whether the fault or alarm affects the normal operation of the inverter, whether it can be reset, if it cannot be reset, the next step can be performed after the problem is solved;

 e) If all the above steps are correct, the inverter is in standby mode and the inverter can be operated from a remote place.

 f) After the above steps are completed, the motor is in variable frequency operation.

 4. Shutdown steps:

 a) If a stop command is issued from a remote place, the inverter will stop normally. If the "Emergency" button is used to stop the inverter, the inverter will jump to high voltage when it stops;

b) To perform the following operations, first disconnect the high voltage switch at the input of the inverter; c) Press the UPS stop button (the same button as the start button);

d) Stop the 380V control power and place "CDS1" (and CDS2) in the "on" position; e) Open the high-voltage cabinet door after 15 minutes of 6000V high-voltage power failure.

5. Power frequency operation:

   Disconnect KM1 and KM2, and close KM3 after confirming that KM2 is disconnected. At this time, the motor is in power frequency operation.

Note:

1. The inverter is forbidden to send high voltage repeatedly within 30 minutes;

   2. It is forbidden to close KM2 and KM3 at the same time, otherwise the equipment will be severely damaged and may cause damage.

Adult bodily injury;

3. It is forbidden to open the high-voltage cabinet door when the inverter has high voltage;

4. Do not change the inverter parameters lightly. If you are sure that you need to modify it, please check the user manual carefully. If necessary, consult Robin Kang's engineer. 5. Try not to open the high-voltage cabinet door after powering on the control; 6. It is forbidden to insulate the output terminal of the inverter,

   When insulating the motor, please disconnect the cable between the output terminal of the inverter and the motor; 7. Try not to stop the high-voltage power supply frequently, and keep the control part and the fan running normally;

2. Maintenance

 Pay attention to:

• Prohibit live operation;

• High-voltage cabinet doors (including power unit cabinet doors and transformer cabinet doors) can be opened for more than 15 minutes after power failure;

• When replacing any accessories, you should strictly mark them and install them in the original position; • When operating the PCB board, take anti-static measures as required. • Before doing any maintenance and repair work, strictly follow the operating procedures.

• Do not touch any part of the cabinet before confirming that there are no heating elements and no electricity. • Don't think that there is no voltage in the cabinet after the input switch is turned off, and the voltage still exists on the terminals of the input switch.

• Similarly, there may be voltage in other places.

• Keep one-handed during operation, wear safety shoes, wear protective glasses, and have other people present.

• Do not connect a grounded (ie, non-insulated) multimeter or oscilloscope to a perfect harmonic-free system. • Do not connect or disconnect any meters, cables and printed circuit boards with power on.

• Do not remove the protective cover (marked with the high voltage symbol) or attempt to measure the circuit under the protective cover. • When servicing the power unit, be sure to cut off the high voltage and reliably ground the lower end, then open the high voltage cabinet door and check that the “charge” lights of all units are completely off before you can access the power unit.

• Do not send the medium voltage to the output terminal of the inverter by mistake, otherwise the inverter will be seriously damaged. • Do not use a high-voltage shaker to measure the output insulation of the inverter, which may damage the switching devices in the power unit.

• Eliminate static electricity (ESD) when approaching or touching components in the cabinet. Many components on printed circuit boards are sensitive to static electricity. The work of contacting or maintaining electrostatic sensitive components can only be done by professionals who read and understand specialized electrostatic technology.

• Static electricity can be eliminated by wearing an electrostatic bracelet or touching a grounded metal piece. • Never disconnect the fan power when the inverter is working, as this will cause the inverter to overheat and or damage the unit.

• Do not store flammable materials in, on or near the inverter cabinet, including equipment drawings and user manuals.

• Please read the safety chapters of the user manual carefully to ensure the safety of maintenance personnel and equipment.

Fault and alarm description

A. Daily maintenance and inspections:

1. Frequently check the indoor temperature and ventilation, pay attention to the indoor temperature should be higher than 0 degrees, not more than 40 degrees, try to keep it around 25 degrees. 2. Keep the room clean and hygienic.

3. Frequently check whether the inverter has abnormal noise, odor, and whether the cabinet is hot. Whether there is a peculiar smell in the exhaust vent.

4. Always use a piece of A4 paper to check the air volume of the air inlet of the transformer cabinet and power cabinet (the A4 paper should be firmly sucked by the filter, and if there is any problem, remove it in time (replace or clean the filter or check whether the fan has problems).

5. It is recommended to check all incoming and outgoing cables and the connecting cables between the power unit within one month after the inverter is put into operation. If there is any looseness, fasten them, and check and tighten them regularly every six months thereafter (including control cables). And use a vacuum cleaner to clean the dust in the cabinet. Note: Do not touch the internal optical fiber. 6. Frequently record the operating conditions of the inverter (operating mode, voltage, current, speed, power, etc.). When a trip occurs, record the fault conditions and find out the cause before sending power again. 7. After opening the cabinet door, wait for all the lights on the power unit to go out before starting to work, otherwise there is a danger of electric shock.

8. It is recommended that the time interval between the two switching and switching of the high voltage is more than 30 minutes to reduce the impact on the transformer.
