罗宾康中压变频器的工作原理 完美无谐波变频器是罗宾康公司设计制造的脉宽 调制交流变频马达驱动器系列 ，主要具有如下优点：纯 净的输人特性 ，高功率因数 ，几乎完美的正弦波输 出。 罗宾康完美无谐波系列变频器通过将多个低压功 率单元 的输出叠加得到中压 。低压功率单元采用简单 改进后的标准 PWM(脉宽调制 )马达变频 器 ，这种低 压变频器已广泛应用了许多年 ，性能很稳定。 如图 1所示为 4160V完美无谐波 系列变频器 的 功率回路结构。马达的每相 由 5个功率单元串联进行 驱动，串联方式采用星型接法 ，中线浮空 。每个单元由 隔离变压器 的隔离次级线 圈供 电。l5个次级线圈 的 额定电压均为 480VAC，功率 为总功率的 1／15。变频 器在全压输出时保证功率单元与其次级以及对地相互 绝缘 。每个单元为一个静态变频器 ，输人电源为三相 电 压 480VAC，频率为 50／60Hz，输 出单相变压 (最高到 480VAC)、变频 (最高 120Hz)电源 。每相 5个单元 串 联时相电压为 2400VAC，线 电压为 4160VAC。功率 单元都接收来 自同一个中央控制器 的指令。这些指令 通过光纤 电缆传输以保证绝缘等级达到 5kV。 3相4l60v 输入电源 i ——●‘ ，一 ＼ 图 1 完美无谐 波 VFD方框图(5单元 ，4160VAC) 为功率单元提供电源的变压器次级线圈在绕制时 使得相互之问产生一定的相位差。这消除了大部分由

7O <电气开关)I201I．No．4J 每个功率单元引起的谐波电流，所 以初级电流近似正 弦值，因而功率因数能保持较高，满载时典型为 95％。 如图 2所示为典型功率单元的原理图。在本 例 中，由480VAC次级供电的三相二极管整流器将直流 电容器充电至 600VDC，该电压提供给由 IGBT组成的 单相 H桥逆变电路。在任意时刻 ，每个单元仅有三种 可能输出电压 ，如果 Q1和 Q4导通 ，输 出从 Tl到 12 为 +600V；如果 Q2和 Q3导通输出为 一600V；如果 Ql 和 Q3或 Q2和 Q4导通 ，输出为 0。 + _l． ：} 控 高罄源—l_1 本地控制电路 亡二二豪《}培葶 1．． ．． ．． ．． ．．． ．． ．． ．- ．- -． -．． ．． ．． ．．． ．． ．． ．． ．．． ．． ．． ．． ．__J ． 图2 典型功率单元的原理图 每相 由 5个功 率单元 串联 (即图 2所 示功率单 元 )时可提供 11个电平的相电压(±3000V，±2400V， ±1800V，±1200V，±600V或 ov)。可提供多种不同 电平的特点使得罗宾康系列变频器能产生非常接近正 弦波的输出波形a 2 国内油田的潜油电泵使用状况分析 目前，中国海洋石油总公司所属的各个油 田为保 证持续的高产、稳产，在建海上采油平 台之初就大量使 用潜油 电泵 ，它被安装在地 下 1000—3000m深 的井 里 ，泵在电动机的带动下高速旋转 ，将油液抽到地面通 过海底管汇送到 2km外的油轮进行进一步加工处理。 传统的工作方式是电网直接供 电，工程上称其为全压 工频工作。这种全压工频方式有许多弊端 ： 第一，对于复杂断块油田来说 ，油水井的对应连通 性差，部分潜油电泵井出现供液不足 ，影响到潜油电泵 的正常生产及井下机组的运转寿命。当井下油量不富 裕对，容易抽空 ，甚 至死井 ，一旦死井则损失惨重。尤 其海上平台在采油时 ，因为油层稠度大，流动性差，潜 油电泵在抽油的过程中不能一下运行到额定转速，否 则会出现油层因压力变化过快而断开，电泵只能抽 到 少量距井口近的油 ，远离井 口的原油因不能够流动，电 泵将断液而导致油井报废。并且一旦发生抽空时 ，定 转子将出现于磨 ，容易产生烧泵的事故。 第二，平台的电网是由发电机组供电，过载能力较 差。当功率很大的潜油电泵在工频全压启动时。对电 网和电机的冲击电流大、冲击扭矩大，造成 电机、电缆 的加速老化和电泵叶片 、轴系的损坏。平台电网容量 有限，电机工频对电网的冲击有可能导致发 电机组停 运。在采油过程中，由于液面经常变化，需要经常对电 泵进行启停操作 ，频繁的冲击 ，降低 了设备使用寿命 ， 增 加 了维 修费用 。 第三 ，潜油泵不能根据生产情况调整输 出功率 ，造 成巨大的能源浪费，难以使电泵工作在最佳工况点上。 3 实际应 用效果 南海挑战号平台目前采用的中压变频器是罗宾康 完美无谐 波系列 交流变频 马达驱 动器 ，电压等级为 4160V，功率等级为 600HP，用于驱动油井下的潜油电 泵。采用 Pmfi~usDP现场总线控制，变频器的运行参 数通过 ProfilbusDP现场总线传送到中控室，中控室值 班人员可以远程监控和操作变频器，无需到现场操作。 该变频器能实现输出频率在 0—120Hz范围内的 自由 调节 ，从而满足潜油 电泵在不 同井况下的运行要求。 实现机组的软启软停 ，有效地避免或降低了对电机、电 源、泵的损害，实现 了在电网电压一定的情况下 ，输出 电压在一定范围内可调。 不同油井及井深 、油液面、油粘度的不同，要求潜 油电泵有不同的合理抽汲参数。通常，当潜油电泵的 参数一定后 ，采用改频率(电机转速或传动 比)的方法 来调节 ，这样不但能省电，达到最佳的经济效益，而且 电机能低于额定电流起动 ，对电机的保护全面。由于 潜油电泵属变转矩类负载，即电机在起动时需较大转 矩 ，而停止时则负荷也很重。变频器可以实现软停机 ， 电机转速逐渐下降 ，软停止对防止油下 冲有明显 的缓 冲作用，因此能保护油泵不会被打坏。 4 结束语 流花油田自1996年投产以来。使用的罗宾康完美 无谐波系列 中压变频器一直工作状况 良好 ，故障率很 低 ，维修方便 ，有力 的保证 了平台的正常生产 ，取得了 很好 的经济效益。 参考文献 [I】 罗宾康．完美无谐波系列交流马达变频器用户手册[z】．1997：10 收稿日期 ：2010—09—28 作者简介 ：岑尉 平I1972一)．男．工程师．1996年毕业于大庆石 油学院．现主要从 事 电气设备的堆修管理 工作。

The working principle of Robicon medium voltage inverter is perfect. The harmonic-free inverter is a pulse width modulation AC variable frequency motor driver series designed and manufactured by Robicon. It mainly has the following advantages: pure input characteristics, high power factor, almost perfect sine wave output . Robicon perfect harmonic-free series inverters obtain medium voltage by superimposing the output of multiple low-voltage power units. The low-voltage power unit adopts a simple and improved standard PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) motor inverter. This low-voltage inverter has been widely used for many years with stable performance. Figure 1 shows the power circuit structure of the 4160V perfect harmonic-free series inverter. Each phase of the motor is driven by 5 power units in series. The series connection adopts star connection and the neutral line is floating. Each unit is powered by the isolated secondary coil of the isolation transformer. The rated voltage of l5 secondary coils is 480VAC, and the power is 1/15 of the total power. The inverter ensures that the power unit is insulated from its secondary and ground at full voltage output. Each unit is a static frequency converter, the input power is three-phase voltage 480VAC, the frequency is 50/60Hz, and the output single-phase variable voltage (up to 480VAC), variable frequency (up to 120Hz) power supply. When 5 units per phase are connected in series, the phase voltage is 2400VAC and the line voltage is 4160VAC. The power units all receive commands from the same central controller.
