Gli azionamenti a frequenza variabile (VFD) di Siemens sono progettati per
fornire la massima versatilità, efficienza e disponibilità di processo.
I modelli GenIIIe e Gen IV raffreddati ad aria ROBICON Perfect Harmony
fornire caratteristiche di base eccezionali e significative
vantaggi competitivi, come input di qualità ad alta potenza
e output, insieme all'elevata disponibilità.
Alla versatilità del drive ROBICON Perfect Harmony si aggiunge
disponibile raffreddamento ad aria forzata su GenIIIe e Gen IV. Ridondante
i ventilatori sono un'opzione per tutte le unità raffreddate ad aria.
Questi sistemi di azionamento a frequenza variabile completamente integrati in un unico
la gamma comprende il trasformatore di isolamento, l'elettronica di potenza e i sistemi di controllo e raffreddamento. Non è richiesto il cablaggio del sito del cliente
per collegare le sezioni assemblate e l'accesso a tutti i componenti è
facile. Il pannello di controllo si apre per accedere all'alimentazione e al motore
le connessioni e le celle possono essere estratte facilmente durante la manutenzione
necessario.

Bypass cella avanzato
La funzione Advanced Cell Bypass abilita
il ROBICON Perfect Harmony raffreddato ad aria
spinge a rimanere operativi in caso di
un guasto della cella bypassando una cella guasta.
A seconda dei requisiti di processo e
la configurazione del convertitore di frequenza,
un guasto della cella potrebbe essere minimo o nullo
impatto sul processo; l'uscita del motore
la qualità dell'alimentazione rimane entro i limiti definiti
linee guida.

Processo ROBICON Perfect Harmony
Strategia di protezione tollerante (ProToPS)
fornisce un sistema gerarchico di
avvertenze che mantengono ROBICON Perfect
Unità in linea con raffreddamento ad aria Harmony e
nel controllo del tuo processo. Guidare viaggi
e si verificano solo interruzioni del processo
in circostanze estreme. ProToPS
concede tempo all'operatore
valutare un disturbo VFD e rispondere
