NXG Pro Upload Logs to USB Fault
Dear All,
We have NXG Pro GH180 MV Driver. And we faced a problem while upload all log files to USB. According to control manual we tried and we faced a warning on display as "Error opening output file."
Also there is a noticification on control manual about this warning. And we tried another empty USB (which is formatted twice) and we faced with same problem again.
Drive is tripped after this two trial. Have your ever faced w'th this problem?
Is there any possibility to avoid from this problem wtih any firmware update?
where can we find update version list and release notes about firmware updates ?

Try this with the drive not running and a few different types of usb memory. You should find one that works. The other option for obtaining the logs is to use a PC and Tool Suite.

Also what is the life period of WCIII vfd power cell Film Capacitor 13500 MFD, 1300 V
